Add accurate property details and a useful description first. You can write the voiceover yourself or use the script-writing option where it is available. Read through any suggested script before creating the audio.

Add and synchronize a voiceover

The video shows narration in an existing tour’s editor. During initial creation, use the Voiceover options shown in the screenshot.

Choose Language in Video settings, then turn on Add a voiceover.
Write the script, or select Generate a script and check the description and address in the window. Review the suggested result before using it.
Use Modify if the script is read-only. Select a voice, then check the launch warnings. The narration is prepared as part of the new tour.

When the audience needs another language

Choose the language before making a suggested script and selecting the voice.
If you already typed or pasted a script, check its language yourself; changing the dropdown does not translate the existing words.
For an existing tour, review the script, select an appropriate voice and generate new narration. Wait for alignment and apply the changes.
Check captions, avatar speech and any property page separately. Their earlier words do not all change with the voiceover language.

Get a first draft from your listing

Put the photos into the order you want and check the property details first.
Open Voiceover, choose the language and select Generate a script.
Check the Property description and Property address in the window. Choose an Energy level and Communication style that fit your presentation.
Generate the script, then read it line by line. Remove claims you cannot verify and details the photos do not show.

Edit the full script yourself

In 1. Write the script, select Modify if the script is locked for reading.
Edit or paste your narration. Keep sentences short and follow the order of the rooms.
Select Save when you have finished. This saves the words; you still need Generate voiceover to create the spoken audio.

A short script you can adapt

“Welcome to [property address]. The living area opens onto a covered patio, with space to relax or entertain. There are three bedrooms and a separate home office. Contact [agent name] to arrange a viewing.”

Use the duration estimate as a guide

The estimated Voiceover duration helps you spot a script that is too long for a short tour. It is an estimate, so listen to the generated result at normal speed. Cut repeated descriptions before making the voice much faster.

A voice sample helps you judge the sound and pace. Use the play button beside a voice, then select the voice you prefer. Check the language and any pronunciation settings before generating your property’s narration.

Set a comfortable speaking pace

In 3. Adjust and generate, use Voiceover speed to make the narration slower or faster. Start near the normal setting and make a small adjustment. A short, clear script is usually easier to follow than a long script spoken very quickly.

Choose a voice and generate

Open Voiceover and choose Generate a voiceover.
Review the script, language and available voices.
Preview a voice where a sample is available and choose the delivery you want.
Check names and pronunciation, then review the displayed credit amount.
Generate the voiceover and wait for it to finish.

Correct the words for one scene

After narration has been divided among the scenes, use that scene’s Voiceover script box for a local correction. Click outside the box to save, then use the voiceover update action shown in the preview area. Wait for the new audio and alignment, apply the changes and listen to that scene again.

Check the spoken words assigned to a particular room — Edit this room’s narration, then leave the field to save.

Listen before sharing

Listen to street names, prices, measurements and local place names. Use the pronunciation controls when needed. Check that each spoken part matches its scene, then apply your video changes.

If the finished video still uses the old words

Check the new audio, image or clip first, then apply the tour and download its new finished version. If an attempt finishes with the old wording, use the troubleshooting guide before starting another paid run.
