1Who we are#

VideoTour AI LLC, with offices at 66 W Flagler St Suite 900 PMB 11010, Miami, FL 33130, USA, operates VideoTour.ai and is responsible for your personal data ("we", "us").

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers our website, web app and emails. Our Terms of Service explain how the service itself works.

2What we collect#

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
Profile and branding: your photo, title, website, logos, brokerage logo and brand colors, when you add them.
Property content: the listing photos, addresses, prices and descriptions you upload or import, and the videos, posts and pages we generate from them.
Voice and likeness: voice recordings you provide to clone a voice, and photos you use to create an AI avatar.
Billing information: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Support messages: emails you send us, and your conversations with the help assistant on our site.
Usage and device data: the pages you visit, the actions you take in the app, your IP address, your browser type and when you signed up.
Marketing attribution: how you found us, such as the ad or referral link you came from.

3How we use your data#

to create and run your account, generate your videos and provide the features you use;
to bill you and manage your subscription;
to send service emails, such as confirmations, video-ready notices and billing messages;
to send news and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
to measure our advertising and understand how the site is used;
to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our contract with you to provide the service and bill you, on our legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, analytics and marketing to our customers, on your consent where the law requires it, and on our legal obligations for tax and accounting records.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run VideoTour.ai, and when the law requires it:

Stripe, for payments and billing;
Supabase, for our database and sign-in;
Cloudflare, for storing and delivering photos and videos;
DigitalOcean, for hosting our application;
Amazon Web Services, for rendering videos;
AI providers, including OpenAI, Replicate, fal and KIE, which process the photos, text and recordings needed to generate your content and to answer the help assistant;
Brevo, for sending emails;
Google, for analytics, advertising measurement and the map imagery used in aerial shots;
Meta, for advertising measurement;
Hotjar, to understand how visitors use the site;
Tolt, to credit referrals from our affiliate program;
listing data providers, when you import a listing from its web address.

These providers use your data only to provide their service to us.

5Cookies and similar technologies#

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to measure how the site is used (Google Analytics and Hotjar), to measure and improve our ads (Google Ads and Meta) and to credit affiliate referrals (Tolt).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies that keep you signed in, you will not be able to use the app.

6How long we keep it#

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account from your profile, your sign-in and account are removed. To have all of your content erased, including your photos and videos, write to contact@videotour.ai.

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Copies in backups and in our providers' systems are removed on their own schedules.

7International transfers#

We are based in the United States, and our providers store and process data mainly in the United States. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your data is transferred to the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8How we protect it#

Your data is encrypted in transit, access to it is limited to the people and systems that need it, and we use established hosting providers. No system is completely secure. If you notice a security issue, write to contact@videotour.ai.

9Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict some uses of it, and to withdraw a consent you gave.

You can update most details in your profile, delete your account there, and unsubscribe from news and offers with the link in each email. For anything else, write to contact@videotour.ai. We answer within one month.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have similar rights to know, correct and delete your data, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

10Children#

VideoTour.ai is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11Changes to this policy#

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
