Use your videos for property marketing and client work
Your completed videos are yours to use for listing marketing, property presentations and client work, including work you create as a photographer or agency.
Use photos, logos, music and other uploaded material that you own or have permission to use. Creating a video does not give you rights to someone else’s source material.

No VideoTour.ai watermark on any plan
The finished video has no VideoTour.ai watermark, including on the free account. You can still choose to include your own agent logo, contact details and branded opening or closing.
The app or a hosted webpage can have its own interface and branding. That is different from a watermark burned into the downloaded video.

Prepare the unbranded version your MLS requires
An unbranded viewing link changes the viewing page. It cannot remove a logo or phone number already visible or spoken inside your video. A watermark-free export is not automatically an MLS-compliant video.
- Check the requirements of the MLS where you will submit the listing.
- Remove prohibited agent or brokerage logos, contact overlays, branded intros and outros from the video itself.
- Listen for names, phone numbers, websites or other promotion in the narration too.
- Apply the edits and play the full video.
- Open the sharing controls, copy the MLS / unbranded viewing link and test it while signed out.
