Share a video link or use it with your MLS
Let someone watch the finished tour without giving them editor access.
In this guide
Share the viewing link
Use the public viewing link from Share rather than the address of your editor. The viewing page lets someone watch the finished video without being able to edit your project.
Copy the viewing link
- Open the finished tour and select Share.
- Find the MLS link and use the copy action.
- Paste the link into the destination that accepts a video URL.
- Open the link in another browser window to check the viewing experience.
- 1Copy the public viewing link for your listing.
- 2Copy the code to add the video to your website.
Test the link as a viewer
- Copy MLS link in Share after the finished video is ready.
- Paste it into a private browser window where you are not signed in to VideoTour.ai.
- Play the video and confirm the property, sound and latest edits.
- Paste that same viewing link into the destination’s video-URL field.
Check the rules for your MLS
MLS requirements vary. Check its instructions for branding, contact details, file format and links. The MLS link opens the video; it does not remove names, logos or contact details already present within the video itself.
- 1Show or hide the opening property facts.
- 2Show or hide the agent contact information.
Choose the link that fits the task
- Use the MLS viewing link when someone only needs to watch the video.
- Use the property-page link when you want the listing description, photos and inquiry form together.
- Use the editor address only to return to your own work; it is not the public viewing link.
Use the link intended for viewers
If the recipient is asked to sign in, return to Share and copy MLS link again. The address of your editor is for working on the project, so it is not the address to send to viewers.
Check the link after a listing change
Apply video edits and wait for the new finished result, then reopen the public viewing link and verify the change. If you also published downloaded files or social posts, replace or update those separately. The viewing link does not remove branding already in the video.
Check the branding inside the video too
A viewing link cannot remove an agent logo or contact details already visible or spoken in the video. Check your MLS requirements, remove any prohibited branding, apply the changes and watch the complete result.
