Add your logo, intro and outro
Give the tour a recognizable opening, closing and contact presence.
In this guide
Prepare your branding
Add the appropriate logo to your agent details. To create a reusable animated introduction or closing, open Branding and use the logo-animation options. Check the displayed credit amount before generating an asset.
- 1Add the agent details you want to reuse.
- 2Add your agent logo.
Check which logo belongs where
Your agent logo and brokerage logo are separate fields. The brokerage logo is used on the property listing page; uploading it does not automatically add it to every video scene. Check the actual output you plan to share.
Use branding in a tour
- Open the tour’s Branding tab.
- Turn on Add an intro, Add an outro, or both, depending on where you want the clip.
- Select the saved branding clip for each enabled position. Preview the choice so you do not use another agent’s branding.
- Apply the changes and watch both the beginning and end.
- 1Turn on the intro for this tour.
- 2Choose the saved clip you want to use.
Check the opening and closing separately
An intro plays at the beginning; an outro plays at the end. You can choose where a saved branding clip appears in the Branding tab. Watch both ends of the finished tour so a logo does not appear longer or more often than you intended.
Add a library clip to an existing tour
A finished logo or avatar clip in My branding can offer Use in a video tour. Choose the target tour and whether to add it as the intro or outro, review any replacement confirmation, then open the tour and apply the changes.
- 1Find the listing before choosing where the clip plays.
- 2Choose the beginning, end, or both for this tour.
Change or remove the intro or outro
Return to Branding and choose a different saved clip for the position you want to change. To leave that position out, turn its intro or outro option off. Apply the changes and review the result; changing a saved asset choice does not alter an already downloaded file.
Keep the branding readable
- Choose the correct agent logo and check that no part is cut off.
- Watch the smallest text on a phone-sized view.
- Listen for a sudden sound change as the branding clip joins the tour.
- Avoid repeating the same logo introduction in several places without a clear reason.
