Create a shareable property page
Create, edit and share a property page, then find the enquiries it receives.
In this guide
Start with the right property and agent
A property page brings your video, listing details and contact information together at one address you can share. The app calls it a “landing page”.
Open the correct tour and check Property info first: the address, price, description and selected agent. The page uses these details as its starting point.
Choose the design and details to include
- Open Landing page in the video editor, or go to Share and select Create an AI Landing Page.
- Choose a page design and brand color. Decide whether to show the price, agent photo and logo.
- Check Agent for this video. Switching this agent also changes the agent selected for the tour.
- Use Customize details for this page if the page needs different contact wording. Check the email address carefully.
Set the status and language
Choose the current listing status and the language your buyers or renters will read. For example, check that a rental is presented as a rental rather than a home for sale.
- 1Use the current listing status.
- 2Choose the language the page should use.
Complete any highlighted information
If you turn on the price, logo or profile photo, provide the matching information. The window points out anything missing before you can continue. Use the Property info shortcut if the listing details need attention.
Generate and open the page
- Review the options and the credit amount shown.
- Select Generate the Video Landing page once.
- The page opens in a new tab while it is being prepared. Keep your video editor tab open so you can return to it.
- When the finished page appears, read it from top to bottom before sending the link. Check the facts, price, photos and contact details.
- 1Choose a design for the property page.
Return to a page you already created
Editing an existing page keeps its link. Generating another page creates a separate version, so check which one you are sharing.
- Open the tour and select Share.
- Under Landing page, select View the landing page when it is available.
- For another version, use View previous landing pages, or open the landing-page window and choose Previous pages.
- Choose the correct page in the list and open it. A page still being prepared may not have a viewing link yet.
Open the page editor
- View the finished property page while signed in to the account that created it.
- Find the floating tools near the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Select Edit the page. This opens the page’s editing screen.
- 1Open the editor for this property page.
- 2Copy the public page link after reviewing your edits.
Change words directly on the page
If you see the designed page with outlined text, click the words you want to change. Your page design may look different from this example; the editing controls work the same way.
- Click an outlined heading or paragraph and select the words to replace.
- Type your correction. For example, change “Open house: Saturday, 12–2 pm” to “Open house: Sunday, 1–3 pm”.
- Click outside the text or press Enter to finish that edit. The status shows Unsaved changes.
- Select Save changes above the page and wait for Saved before leaving.
- 1Click the outlined text and type your correction.
- 2Select Save changes when you finish editing.
Know what you can change here
If the change you need is not available here, correct the source details in the video editor before creating a new page, or contact support for help with the existing page.
- You can correct editable headings, descriptions and other outlined text. Keep the wording factual and useful to a buyer.
- Photos, video, layout and the enquiry form are not editable through this text tool. The form and gallery may not respond normally while you are editing; check them in the preview.
- Changing a visible phone number, email address or link label does not change where that link goes. Check the destination in the preview as well.
- Editing the property page does not update Property info, video captions, narration or social posts. Review those separately when a listing changes.
If your editor shows fields instead
Some pages open a form instead of letting you type directly on the design. Use the fields you see:
- Page title: the name of this property page.
- Headline: the main heading visitors read. For example, “A bright family home with a private garden”.
- Subheadline: the short introduction beneath the main heading.
- CTA: the invitation for the visitor to take the next step. For example, “Request a viewing”.
- 1Write the main heading visitors will read.
- 2Write the invitation, such as Request a viewing.
Edit highlights and longer descriptions in the form
- Highlights: put one short feature on each line, such as “Three bedrooms” or “Private garden”. You can include up to eight.
- Sections: put each section on its own line. Write its heading, then a vertical bar (|), then its description. For example: Outdoor living | A covered terrace opens onto the private garden.
- Include both a heading and a description for each section. You can include up to six sections.
- 1Put one property feature on each line.
- 2Write each section as Heading | Description.
Save the form and check who can view the page
- Check Lead destination email. This is the inbox for enquiries from this page; use an address you monitor.
- Keep Published checked if visitors should be able to open the page. Unchecking it and saving makes it unavailable to visitors.
- Select Save changes. Wait until the app returns you to the page preview.
- Read the saved version and check any contact links before sharing it.
- 1Use the inbox that should receive enquiries.
- 2Keep Published checked for visitors to open the page.
- 3Save the form and return to the preview.
Check and share the saved version
For an existing published page, saved edits appear at the same public link. You do not need Apply the changes in the video editor for a page-text edit. Do not share the address of the editing screen.
- If you edited directly on the page, wait for Saved, then select Back to the preview.
- Read the updated words in context. Check the video, visible price, open-house details and contact links.
- Select Share the link in the floating owner tools. Paste this public link into your message or social post.
- Open the link in a private browser window to check what a visitor sees.
Put the property page on your own website
This displays the property page inside your website. To show only the video, use Website embed in the video editor’s Share tab instead.
- Open the finished property page and select Copy to my website in the owner tools.
- In the window that opens, select Copy embed code.
- Paste it into your website builder’s embed or custom-HTML block, or send it to the person who manages your website.
- Preview the website on a phone and computer before publishing the website change.
- 1Copy this code into your website’s embed block.
Find buyer or renter enquiries
No leads yet means no enquiries have been recorded for this page. If an enquiry email seems to be missing, check Leads as well as your inbox and spam folder.
- Open the property page and choose Edit the page.
- Scroll below the editing area to Leads.
- Review the name, contact details, date and message shown for each enquiry. Use those details to follow up.
Example: change an open-house time after sharing
- Open the existing property page while signed in and choose Edit.
- Change the open-house wording in the visual editor, or use the form if the page is maintained with form fields.
- Save the page edits and check the public page again, including the date, time and contact action.
- Update any separate Open House social post and already published announcement. Changing the property page does not rewrite those materials.
