Plans, billing and cancellation
Understand monthly and annual billing, allowance renewal, plan changes and cancellation.
In this guide
Find your plan and remaining allowance
- Open My profile from the app menu.
- Scroll to Subscription to see your plan, remaining videos and AI credits.
- Use Change or cancel my subscription for plan management, or View and download my invoices for purchase records.
- 1Videos remaining tells you how many new tours you can start.
- 2AI credits are a separate balance for generated work.
Monthly or annual: check before paying
In the plan selector, use the Monthly / Annual choice before selecting a plan. An annual price shown “per month” is a monthly equivalent: the full year is charged upfront.
Monthly plans receive their allowance each paid month. Annual plans receive the full year’s video and AI-credit allowance upfront, rather than a new installment each month.
Swipe the table sideways to see all columns.
| Plan | Billing | Charge each period | Videos each period | AI credits each period |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Independent | Monthly | $39 / month | 10 | 100 |
| Independent | Annual · paid upfront | $348 / year | 120 | 1,200 |
| Agency | Monthly | $79 / month | 40 | 400 |
| Agency | Annual · paid upfront | $708 / year | 480 | 4,800 |
| Enterprise | Monthly | $159 / month | 200 | 2,000 |
| Enterprise | Annual · paid upfront | $1,188 / year | 2,400 | 24,000 |
- 1Monthly bills each month.
- 2Annual is paid upfront for the full year.
What refreshes at renewal?
- Your subscription renews automatically on its billing cycle unless cancelled.
- The video allowance resets for the new paid period. Unused monthly videos do not carry over into the next month; they are not converted into AI credits.
- New included AI credits are added to the existing AI-credit balance. Unused AI credits accumulate and never expire.
- Annual allowances cover the paid year and refresh on the annual cycle. Do not expect a monthly video reset inside that year.
If you work in an organization
The organization owner manages its plan. Members may be using the organization’s shared allowance, so check with the owner before purchasing a separate subscription.
| Plan | Seats |
|---|---|
| Independent | 1 |
| Agency | 2 |
| Enterprise | 5 |
Upgrade or change a plan
A change to an existing subscription is different from buying an additional subscription. Use the plan-change flow for your current account. If it says the subscription is managed elsewhere, follow that account’s billing instructions or contact support.
- Choose Change or cancel my subscription in My profile, then the plan-change option offered.
- Select the new plan and billing period.
- Read the confirmation: amount due now, allowance changes and when the new plan takes effect.
- Confirm only the change you want, then return to My profile to check the result.
Cancel future renewal
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you can use the paid access until that date. It is separate from deleting your account.
Once the paid subscription ends, its remaining video allowance is no longer available. Accumulated AI credits are kept, but they do not provide a new tour allowance or unlock paid-only editing features.
- Open My profile → Change or cancel my subscription.
- Continue to subscription management and complete its cancellation steps.
- Check the confirmation and the date your paid period ends. Closing the window is not confirmation that the subscription was cancelled.
Check the renewal date or paid-period end
My profile shows the plan and balances; it does not display a dedicated renewal-date field. If a cancellation is scheduled, the app can show a banner with its future cancellation date. Closing the banner only hides the message; it does not undo the cancellation. Confirm the current status in subscription management. My usage groups activity by calendar month, which can differ from your billing cycle.
If My profile says You don’t have any subscription, first check the account email. For a specific disputed charge or an account mismatch, email support with the receipt and email used. A no-subscription message for one login cannot confirm what exists under another login.
- In My profile, choose Change or cancel my subscription and continue to subscription management.
- Read the current plan, billing period and next payment or cancellation/end date shown.
- If you requested cancellation, check its confirmation and end date. A plan name or remaining AI credits alone does not confirm that renewal has stopped.
Update the card used for renewal
A credit-pack purchase is separate from changing the payment method for a subscription. Do not buy a pack to try to update your recurring plan’s card. If the expected controls are missing, contact support.
- Open My profile → Change or cancel my subscription, then continue to subscription management.
- Find Payment method in the billing portal and use the option to update or add your card.
- Complete any verification requested by your bank and check the saved payment method before closing the portal.
- 1Open subscription management to check billing and payment details.
- 2My usage is available for eligible Agency and Enterprise account owners.
Review the timing before downgrading
Choose the lower plan in the change flow and read its confirmation before submitting. Check the amount due now, when the change takes effect and the next billing date. Some changes are scheduled for the paid period’s end; timing can differ between plan tiers and billing periods.
Do not assume switching an annual plan to monthly returns the unused annual payment. The preview and confirmation explain the proposed change. Ask support if the date or amount is not what you intended.
Payment refunds and returned AI credits are different
The Terms of Service provide a free trial before subscribing. After a paid subscription begins, payments are not refundable except in the case of a proven technical failure attributable to VideoTour.ai. Contact support with the purchase details and the issue for review.
An automatic return of AI credits after a failed generation is an adjustment to your in-app balance. It does not send money back to your card or cancel your subscription.
Find and download an invoice
- Open My profile → View and download my invoices.
- Choose Subscription invoices for a plan payment, or AI credits invoices for a pack.
- Match the purchase date and amount, then select Download on that row.
- 1Review the available subscription options.
- 2Open your invoices here.
If a payment completed but the app has not updated
Reopen My profile and check both balances. If the purchase still has not appeared, contact support with the confirmation and account email. Do not make the purchase a second time to refresh the screen.
Keep a useful record of a billing question
Include the plan or pack purchased, billing period, purchase date, confirmation message and what My profile currently shows. This helps support distinguish a subscription, a credit pack and an account mismatch.
