Change your login email or delete your account
Find the right account, request a login-email change and understand the separate account-deletion flow.
In this guide
Your login email is separate from agent details
My profile displays the email for the account you are signed into. The First name, Last name, Title, Phone and Website fields edit your reusable agent information; they do not change your login email.
There is no self-service login-email field in the current profile screen. Contact support from your account and explain which email you currently use and which one you want to use instead. Support can explain the verification needed. Do not send your password.
- 1Check the number buyers should use.
- 2Save the personal information for future work.
If you signed up with two different emails
- Check the email displayed in My profile.
- Look for your original confirmation, subscription receipt or project email to identify the account you used.
- Sign out and sign in with that email. Use password reset for that same address if needed.
- If videos or a subscription are still split between accounts, send support both account emails and explain what belongs where.
- 1Use the email that owns your projects.
- 2Request a reset if you cannot sign in.
Before deleting your account
Deleting an account is separate from cancelling a subscription. The deletion dialog warns that you will lose all your videos. Download any finished files you need first.
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it through subscription management before deleting the account. The account-deletion action itself does not cancel the paid subscription.
- Open My profile and scroll to Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation and any active-subscription warning.
- If you only want to stop renewal, close the dialog and use Change or cancel my subscription instead.
- Confirm deletion only when you intend to lose the account and its videos.
- 1Cancel an active subscription before deleting the account.
- 2Keep the account if you only intended to stop renewal.
