Create an account and sign in

If you used the earlier version of VideoTour.ai

Use your existing account email. If the login screen explains that you need to set a new password, follow the reset option it offers. An old password failing does not mean you should create a second account.

Create your account

Use the same email address each time you sign in so your videos and plan stay in the same workspace.

1. Open Create a video. If you do not yet have an account, stay on the Try for Free form.
2. Enter your name, contact details, email and a password. Complete the extra field if you choose Other or Referral in the question about how you heard about VideoTour.ai.
3. Select Try for Free once. If the form flags a field, correct it before submitting again.
4. Open the confirmation email sent to that address and follow its link.
5. When the page says Your account is now confirmed!, select Go to the tool.

If the confirmation email does not arrive

1. Check the spelling of the email address you used.
2. Look in spam, junk and other inbox tabs.
3. Use Resend confirmation email on the confirmation screen if needed, then use the newest email.
4. If the link is rejected or confirmation never completes, contact support with your account email and the error wording.

Sign in next time

Switch the account window to Log in and enter your email and password. If you cannot remember the password, use the password-reset link.

1. Open Create a video and choose I already have an account, or use Login.
2. On Welcome back, enter the same email and password you registered with.
3. Use the eye button if you need to check what you typed, then select Login.
4. If you cannot remember the password, select I forgot my password and follow the reset guide.

Check that you are in the right account

After signing in, look at the account email in the sidebar and open My videos. If you expect to see existing listings but the library is empty, check the email before creating a new project.

On a shared computer

Sign out when you finish. The agent shown inside a video is its marketing identity; it is not proof of which account is signed in. Check My profile when switching between colleagues’ accounts.

Free allowance, email changes and duplicate accounts

Confirming your email unlocks the one-time free allowance. If you already have an account, sign in with its email instead of creating a second login. To change the login email, contact support; changing the agent details does not change it.
