Your workspace
- Create a video: paste a supported listing URL and select Import Listing, or upload photos from your device. Then check the imported details and tour settings.
- View my videos: reopen a tour or find a finished reel. Check the Tours/Reels filters if something seems missing.
- My profile: maintain your account details, default agent information and plan.
- My branding: prepare reusable voices and logo animations, and manage other saved branding assets.
- My organization: manage the team and its available sharing settings.
Find your workspace toolsExample
- 1Find existing tours in View my videos.
- 2Keep your agent details in My profile.
Inside a video
Open a video from View my videos. Its settings and scene list belong to that project.
- Editor: scene captions, ordering, timing and other video settings.
- Property info: listing facts and the agent selected for this video.
- Voiceover and Music: spoken narration and the background soundtrack.
- Format: video shape and output quality.
- Branding: opening and closing clips.
- Share: cover image, viewing link, website embed and property page.
- Social posts: the separate social posts and AI Reels tools.
Find your video settingsExample
- 1Open Editor for captions, overlays and timing.
Understand the different save actions
- An explicit Save, Save order or Save changes button finishes that particular edit.
- Many video settings save as you change them or leave a field. Wait for any saving message to finish.
- Apply the changes rebuilds the finished video with the saved settings.
- A generated thumbnail, reel, social post or property page has its own review workflow. Editing the tour does not rewrite every earlier output.
Continue work on an existing listing
- Choose View my videos instead of starting in Create a video.
- Find the property, clear any filters hiding it and load more videos if needed.
- Open its editor and check the project name, photos and address.
- Make the change in the relevant tab, then follow that feature’s save or apply step.
Find the video you want to work onExample
- 1Search the videos currently loaded in your library.
- 2Switch between tours and reels.
