Import photos and details from a listing URL
Paste a supported property link, review the imported photos and facts, then create your tour.
In this guide
Import a supported listing
In Create a video, the Listing URL field sits below the photo uploader. It lists Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Realtor.ca, Rightmove, Zoopla, Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au and Airbnb. Use a link to one property, rather than search results, an agent profile, a saved search or a 3D tour.
- Open the individual property listing in your browser and copy its address.
- In Create a video, paste it into Listing URL.
- Check that Import Listing is available, then select it once.
- Wait for the imported photos and property information to appear. Do not generate the video until you have reviewed them.
- 1Copy the address of the individual property listing.
- 2Select Import Listing once, then wait for the photos.
Before importing another property
Choose the industry and listing goal yourself; importing does not choose them for you. Import Listing clears the current description and listing fields, and a successful import replaces the draft’s photo selection. Finish or preserve the work you need before importing a different listing.
To change a video you already created, reopen it from View my videos. Importing a URL in Create a video starts preparation for another tour.
Review what came across
- Check the imported photo count, then scroll through the entire strip.
- Use Remove on any photo you do not need. You can upload additional original photos for views the website did not provide.
- Choose automatic, filename or manual ordering. For manual ordering, turn both sorting choices off, open Reorder photos and select Save order when finished.
- 1Check how many photos were imported.
- 2Remove a duplicate, logo or unrelated image.
An import does not keep the listing in sync
The imported information is the starting material for this tour. If the portal later changes the price, status, photos or agent, review and update the project yourself. An existing narration, thumbnail or property page may still contain the earlier details.
Check and complete the imported property fields
- Open Add Property Information if it is collapsed.
- Check the address, price, surface, beds, bathrooms and description against your current listing. An empty field needs your input.
- Include currency and area units, and a rental period where relevant. Remove outdated open-house details or unverified claims.
- Check Agent in Video settings separately. The listing URL is not a substitute for choosing your marketing identity.
- 1Read the description and correct the listing facts.
- 2Use the full address, including the city and country.
- 3Include the area unit, such as m² or sq ft.
You are ready to generate when…
- Every retained image belongs to this property and is useful in the tour.
- The address, price, room counts and area units match the current listing.
- The selected agent and contact details are correct.
- You have chosen the photo order and checked the launch options.
If photos from another listing appear
Review unfinished draft photos before creating. After editing an existing tour, apply the changes and check its new finished version. If the wrong property remains, compare the source photos with the scene and finished previews.
