Choose a useful set of photos

Use clear, well-lit photos and include the main spaces a buyer or renter would expect to see. An exterior, living area, kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor spaces make a useful starting sequence.

• Avoid screenshots with buttons, watermarks or text covering the property.
• Remove accidental duplicates and very blurry images.
• Use photos you are allowed to use for the listing.

Already have a listing online?

You can import the photos and property details instead of uploading each image. In Create a video, paste the individual property page into Listing URL and select Import Listing. After it finishes, remove unwanted pictures and upload any missing original photos.

Choose photos that tell the property’s story

The app supports up to 60 photos. You do not need to fill the limit. More photos are helpful only when they show something a buyer needs to understand.

• Start with a clear exterior or another view that identifies the property.
• Show the main living area and kitchen, then the bedrooms and bathrooms that matter to the listing.
• Include an outdoor space or standout feature when it is relevant.
• Choose a useful second angle when it explains the room; avoid several nearly identical shots.

Make the files easy to work with

Keep one folder for each property. If you want filename order, use names such as 01-exterior, 02-living-room and 03-kitchen. Wait for every upload to finish before arranging the sequence.

Add them to your tour

The upload area lists JPEG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC, up to 50 MB each. A tour can contain up to 60 photos.

1. Open Create a video and select the property’s industry and listing goal.
2. Drop image files into the photo area, or select browse and choose them from your device.
3. Wait until their previews appear. Check the count against the photos you intended to add.
4. Scroll through the photo strip, including photos outside the initial visible area.
5. Remove duplicates or unrelated images, then choose how to arrange the remaining photos.

If a file does not appear

Look for the upload error before selecting more files. Confirm that you selected an image rather than a video, and that a cloud-stored photo has actually downloaded to your device. Try one ordinary JPG or PNG to check that uploads work.

Remove the wrong photo or start this selection again

1. Find the photo in the strip and use its Remove control to take it out of the draft.
2. Use Clear all the photos only when you want to empty the whole current selection.
3. Upload the correct photos and recheck the order and any hand-picked animation photos.

Decide the order

You can let the app arrange the photos, use their filenames, or arrange them yourself. If your photographer has numbered the files, sorting by filename can be a useful starting point.

If photos from another listing appear

Review unfinished draft photos before creating. After editing an existing tour, apply the changes and check its new finished version. If the wrong property remains, compare the source photos with the scene and finished previews.
