Understand video credits and AI credits
Understand generation charges, unused included animations, returned credits after a failure and your two account balances.
In this guide
Two balances for different work
Video credits start new property tours. AI credits pay for generated work, such as extra animations, a new avatar clip or another AI effect. Buying more AI credits does not add another property tour to your allowance.
| Action | What it uses |
|---|---|
| Create a new property tour | A video from your available allowance, plus any optional AI work shown in the total. |
| Generate or regenerate an AI effect | The AI credits shown for that attempt. |
| Edit captions, change scene order or use standard motion | No new AI generation charge for these edits. |
| Apply edits or download the same finished tour again | No new property-tour allowance just to rebuild or download it. |
- 1Videos remaining tells you how many new tours you can start.
- 2AI credits are a separate balance for generated work.
Read the total before generating
- Choose your photos, animation quality and any extras.
- Check the credit summary beside the generation button. It combines the optional work you selected.
- Remove extras or animate fewer photos if you want to lower the total.
- Start once, then return to the same project while it works.
- 1Generate once after checking your choices.
- 2Review the total for this set of options.
Each new AI attempt has its own cost
Credits pay for the generation attempt, rather than a promise that you will prefer the result. Changing an animation, asking for a different movement or generating another take is another paid run. The selected duration, quality and tool determine the amount.
An animation that completes but adds an unwanted object has still generated a result. Before paying for another take, try trimming the clip, selecting a previous version or using standard motion over the original photo.
Included animations and unused allowance
Creation includes an animation allowance for the quality you choose. Additional animations use AI credits. On a paid plan, if you select fewer than the included amount, the unused portion is added to your AI-credit balance when the tour is created. This add-back is not available on the free account.
| Quality | Included animations | Each extra animation |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 6 | 5 AI credits |
| Standard | 3 | 10 AI credits |
| High | 1 | 30 AI credits |
- 1Choose a quality and check the resulting credit total.
- 2Choose how many photos to animate.
- 3Select the effects you want; a drone shot also needs an address.
What happens when a generation fails?
When a charged AI generation is marked failed or stopped by the app’s recovery checks, its outstanding AI-credit charge is returned automatically. You do not need to buy the same credits again just to recover that balance.
A loading message alone is not a confirmed failure. Let the app finish its checks, reopen My profile and check the balance. A partially completed tour can include several separate actions, so a failed action does not necessarily return the cost of work that completed successfully.
If a confirmed failed action still appears charged, send support the project link, action, approximate time and a screenshot of the balance. Do not keep generating duplicates while checking.
Use standard motion when you do not need AI
Standard motion pans or zooms over the existing photo. It keeps the photographed room intact and does not start a paid AI generation. Save generated effects for the moments that need them.
- 1Turn on gentle movement over the still photo.
- 2Keep Automatic or choose a pan or zoom.
This recording includes earlier credit examples. Check the current options and total in your own app before generating.
Watch on YouTubeFind your remaining balance
- Open My profile and look under Subscription.
- Check Number of remaining videos and Number of remaining AI credits separately.
- If you work in a team, check which organization owns the shared balance.
- 1Videos remaining tells you how many new tours you can start.
- 2AI credits are a separate balance for generated work.
See which actions used the credits
My profile → My usage provides activity and per-listing breakdowns on Agency and Enterprise. The page separates consumed credits, returned amounts and estimated costs. Organization members should ask their owner for access to the breakdown.
- 1Open subscription management to check billing and payment details.
- 2My usage is available for eligible Agency and Enterprise account owners.
If a balance looks wrong
Confirm the account email, the action you took and whether you used a team balance. Include those details when contacting support. A completed payment that has not appeared is a reason to check the purchase, not to make it twice.
