Read your usage and credit history

Read My usage by month, day or listing, and understand returned credits and estimated costs.

In this guide

Open My usage from My profile

The detailed usage page is included with Agency and Enterprise. Other plans see an upgrade explanation. Inside an organization, the organization owner can view usage; members should ask that owner for a breakdown.

  1. Open My profile and scroll to Subscription.
  2. Choose My usage.
  3. Use Monthly, Daily, By video or All activity to find the period or listing you want.
Find subscription management, invoices and My usageExample
  1. Open subscription management to check billing and payment details.
  2. My usage is available for eligible Agency and Enterprise account owners.

Find the actions for one listing

A listing can group its main tour and related reels. Actions made in My branding or at account level can appear separately; they are not necessarily attached to a property.

  1. Choose By video, or expand a month and find the listing.
  2. Open the listing’s breakdown to see its individual actions.
  3. Match the action and time to what you did in the editor.
  4. Use the listing link if you need to reopen the project.
See the actions for one listing videoExample
  1. Open a listing to see its individual actions.
  2. Creating the tour uses a video allowance; generated extras have their own rows.

Read charged and returned credits

All activity shows what happened, when, which video it belongs to and the net AI credits. For a fully returned failed charge, the original amount can be crossed out with a net value of zero. A partial return keeps the portion that was not returned.

A credit return changes your in-app balance. It is not a refund to your payment card. If a failed action still looks charged, send support the project link, action and approximate time instead of purchasing again.

Read net credits for successful and failed actionsExample
  1. The failed action is identified in its own row.
  2. The original charge is crossed out; the net cost is zero.

Estimated cost is not another card charge

My usage allocates the cost of your plan and purchased AI credits to the work you create. It helps compare the cost of listings. A dollar amount beside an action does not mean the app charged your card again for that action.

Open How costs are calculated for the explanation. Included allowances, purchased packs and free credits can have different values. Older untracked credits may be estimated if the purchase history cannot be read.

For actual payments and receipts, open View and download my invoices in My profile when available.

My usage: activity and estimated costsExample
  1. These are usage estimates, not additional charges to your card.
  2. Switch between calendar summaries, individual videos and every action.

Calendar activity and subscription renewal are different

Monthly and This month group activity by calendar month. They are not a countdown to your next subscription renewal. A subscription started partway through a month follows its own billing date.

Credits acquired lists the recorded additions to your balance. Monthly plan AI credits are added on the paid monthly cycle; annual allowances arrive upfront for the paid year. Existing AI credits carry over. Check subscription management for your own renewal or paid-period end date.
