Invite your team
If your plan includes team access, open the organization settings to manage your team. Check the available seats and invite colleagues using the email addresses they use for VideoTour.ai. Invitations need to be accepted by the recipient.
Create or name the organization
The organization owner can enter Organization name in My organization and choose Create an organization when starting, or Save organization when renaming it. Read the plan and seat information shown before inviting colleagues.
Invite a colleague
- Open My organization and check that your plan and available seats allow another member.
- Choose the invite action and enter your colleague’s first name, last name and email.
- Check the email carefully, then send the invitation when you are ready.
- Ask your colleague to use that email when accepting the invitation. Check the team list for the invitation’s status.
- 1Use the email address your colleague will sign in with.
What your colleague does with the invitation
- Open the invitation sent to the invited email address.
- Follow the link and complete the password setup when requested.
- Use Go to my organization after setup and check the team shown.
- If the link has expired or was already used and access is unavailable, ask the owner to resend the invitation.
Fix an invitation that has not been accepted
The owner can see Invite pending on the member list. Use the resend action if the recipient needs a fresh email. If the address was mistyped, use the change-email action for that pending invitation, check the corrected address and send it. These controls are for invitations that have not yet been accepted.
Choose what teammates can see
The organization owner controls team-video sharing. When sharing is enabled, members can find, open and edit their colleagues’ videos through Team videos. The owner can see the organization’s videos even when member sharing is off.
Decide whether teammates can see each other’s videos
The owner controls Let members see each other’s videos in My organization. When it is on, members can open and edit shared projects through Team videos. When it is off, members see their own projects. Check the listing and selected agent carefully before changing a colleague’s work.

Check the shared balance
Team members may draw from the organization’s credit pool. Check the balance and displayed cost before generating work for a listing.
