Find and organize your videos
Use your library to return to tours, locate reels and keep listings organized.

Find an existing project
Search and filters work on the projects currently loaded. If an older video is missing, load more projects and check again.
- Open My videos.
- Choose Video tours or AI reels.
- Use the search and date or listing-status filters.
- Use Load more when available to bring older projects into the list.
Use the library filters
Search by name or address, choose Video tours or AI reels, and check the date and listing-status filters. Filters work on the videos currently loaded, so use Load more when looking for an older project.
- 1Search the videos currently loaded in your library.
- 2Switch between tours and reels.
Give the project a useful name
- Find the video in your library. On a computer, move your pointer over its card to reveal the pencil beside the name.
- Select the pencil and type a name you will recognize, such as “12 Harbour Street — spring listing”.
- Press Enter or click away to save. Press Escape to abandon an unfinished name change.
- 1Use the pencil to give this project a clear name.
Update the listing status without hiding the project
Use Set listing status on the video card and select the appropriate status for the listing. Status choices can depend on whether the property is for sale, rent or another listing goal. A status is useful for organizing the library; check captions, narration and social posts separately if they mention the old status.
- 1Choose the current status for this property.
Keep your library useful
Use a project’s controls to rename it or update its listing status. A recognizable property name helps you find it later. Open the edit action to make changes, or the viewing/sharing action to reach the finished output.
A simple routine for active listings
- Give each project a recognizable property name.
- Use the listing-status choices to separate current listings from completed ones.
- Open the project to edit, apply changes, then review its public output.
- Keep downloaded files named clearly so an old version does not return to the campaign.
Check these things before deleting
- Is this the correct property and version?
- Do you need to keep a finished download or source photos?
- Is the project still being used by an active viewing link or property campaign?
- Could changing the status or clearing a filter solve the problem instead?
Before deleting
Read the confirmation carefully and make sure you have any finished files you need. Removing a project can affect access to its associated output and links. Do not delete a project just because it is still processing.
