Download your finished video

Save a copy to your computer or phone for your listing and social channels.

In this guide

Make sure the video is finished

Open the tour from My videos and check that the finished preview is available. If you have just edited anything, apply the changes and wait for the updated version.

Download the item you actually need

  • Finished tour: use the video’s Download action beside its main preview.
  • Thumbnail image: use Download beneath the thumbnail in Share.
  • Social post or reel: open that item and use its own Download action.
  • A viewing link: copy it from Share; a link is not a video file.
Choose your video thumbnailExample
  1. Choose another thumbnail from the tour’s photos.

Save the video

  1. Use the Download action for the finished video.
  2. Allow the browser to save the file and wait for the download to finish.
  3. Open the downloaded file and check that it plays with the expected picture and sound.

Find it on your device

Your browser controls where downloaded files are saved. Check its downloads list and the folder or file app it uses on your device. On some phones, saving a file and adding it to the photo library are separate actions.

Find the file after downloading

On a computer, check the browser’s downloads list and your Downloads folder. On a phone, the file may be in Files or Downloads rather than the photo library. Open the saved file before uploading it to your listing or social app.

Name the file so you can identify it later

After downloading, use a clear local filename such as “12-Harbour-St-wide-September-06.mp4” or “12-Harbour-St-reel.mp4.” Your device may add a number when the same name already exists, so check the newest file rather than opening an older download by mistake.

Check the file before uploading it elsewhere

  1. Open the downloaded file outside the editor.
  2. Confirm the expected shape, latest price, agent contact details and sound.
  3. Upload that checked file to your listing platform or social app. If a destination rejects it, read its file requirements and the exact error.

Find it on iPhone and post to social media

On iPhone, check Safari’s downloads and Files → Browse → Downloads. Open the MP4 and use Share → Save Video if offered to place it in Photos.

For a playable Facebook or Instagram post, upload the actual MP4. Pasting the hosted viewing link does not upload the video.

If a save window or a playing video opens instead

A save window may ask where to put the MP4. Choose a folder and save it. On an iPhone, the file may appear in Files rather than Photos.
