Top up AI effects without confusing a one-time credit pack with a video subscription.

Where to buy a pack
- Open the app menu and select Buy AI Animation credits.
- Choose the AI-credit pack you want, then select its BUY NOW button.
- Check that checkout describes a credit pack and the amount is correct.
- After payment, return to My profile and check Number of remaining AI credits.
- 1Buy AI Animation credits opens the one-time credit packs.
- 2Upgrade Plan is the separate subscription option.
A pack adds AI credits, not videos
A credit pack is a one-time top-up for AI work. It does not add property videos, start a monthly plan or unlock paid-plan features such as uploading replacement scene photos.
Purchased AI credits are added to your existing balance, roll over and never expire. You still need a video allowance to create a new property tour.

Similar prices can mean different purchases
The $29 pack buys 800 AI credits once. Independent Annual displays $29 per month as an equivalent, but bills $348 upfront for the year and includes a video allowance. They are separate products.
For another listing video, choose a plan with a video allowance. For another AI effect on an existing project, a credit pack may be what you need.
Find the purchase later
If My profile shows View and download my invoices, open it and choose AI credits invoices. Check the date and amount; subscription invoices are separate. If that button is unavailable on your account, use your purchase receipt or contact support.
