Why a still photo can change when animated

An AI camera move creates new frames from your photo. If the move reveals a part of the room that the photo never showed, the tool has to estimate what belongs there. That can produce an extra door, furniture, a changed window or an incorrect room shape.

Treat the result as a draft. Compare it with the original listing photos, especially fixed features, room connections and the view outside. Do not publish a misleading clip.

Choose the smallest correction that solves it

Keep the good part of the clip

  1. Open the scene and its trim controls.
  2. Move the end point before the invented feature appears. Adjust the start too if needed.
  3. Play the shortened scene. Make sure it still has enough time for its caption or narration.
  4. Apply the changes and check the finished tour.

Give the app another view of the same room

  1. Open AI Motion for the scene and choose the two-photo option.
  2. Add a second photo of the same space with matching permanent features.
  3. Describe a simple movement between the views, then check the displayed cost before generating.
  4. Review the new result against both originals. A second angle improves context but does not guarantee accuracy.

Ask for a smaller movement

Start with a gentle push in or a small pan that stays within the photographed view. Avoid asking the camera to turn a corner, travel through a doorway or reveal the back of a room that is not visible.

For example: “Slow, subtle push in. Keep the walls, windows and furniture unchanged.” Instructions can help, but the finished clip still needs your review.

Try Premium Animation for a difficult move

In AI Motion, look for Enable Premium Animation on the short animation options. It can help with more difficult motion and two-angle transitions. It is a different generation choice with its own cost, not a guarantee that the property will remain exact.

Check the resolution, Premium selection and displayed AI-credit total before starting another attempt.

Return to the original photo with standard motion

Standard motion moves across the existing image without inventing new parts of the room. This avoids paying for another AI attempt.

  1. Select a previous accurate version if one is available, or remove the generated clip from that scene.
  2. Keep the original photo in the scene; do not delete the whole scene just to remove its animation.
  3. Enable standard motion and choose a gentle pan or zoom.
  4. Apply the changes and watch the updated tour.

Another generation uses credits again

If the clip completed but its content is inaccurate, making another take is a new paid generation. Check the cost before you retry. Trimming or reusing an existing take can solve the issue without another AI run.

A technical failure is different: the app returns the outstanding AI credits for a failed charged attempt after its recovery checks.

If the room looks too close or the sides are missing

First compare the original photo, scene preview and final video. A wide photo filling a vertical frame can lose its sides even when nothing has been invented.

For an ordinary scene in a vertical tour, turn Crop the photo or Crop the video off when the control is offered, apply and compare. For an overly strong camera move, choose gentler standard motion or trim the generated clip.
