My video shows photos or details from another property
Check an unfinished creation draft, listing import and the finished version of an edited tour.
In this guide
Before creating: check the photos already in the form
Create a video remembers an unfinished draft so you can return to it. If you leave without creating and later start a different listing, the photos and details on screen may still belong to that draft.
After successful tour creation, the app clears the saved creation photos and listing fields. Seeing another property in a finished tour should not be treated as the expected result of starting every new video.
- Review the photo strip and the property address before creating.
- For a different property, use Clear all the photos, then upload the correct listing photos.
- Check the description, address, price, beds, baths and surface separately. Clearing photos does not by itself clear all property facts.
- Review the selected agent and any custom narration or headlines, then start creation only when they all describe the same listing.
- 1Remove a single photo that does not belong to this listing.
- 2Clear all the photos starts a fresh photo selection.
- 3Check property information separately from the photo list.
When importing a different listing URL
Import Listing clears the draft’s listing fields when the import starts. A successful import replaces the photo selection and fills the returned property facts. It does not append the new listing to the old photo selection.
Wait for the import to finish, then review every photo and fact. If the import fails, check what remains on screen before uploading or trying again. Importing into Create does not update an existing finished tour.
- 1Copy the address of the individual property listing.
- 2Select Import Listing once, then wait for the photos.
If a deleted photo is still in the finished video
The scene list and the last assembled video can differ until you apply. If the wrong photo is inside an intro, outro, generated clip or social post, open that item separately. Deleting an ordinary scene does not rewrite those other assets.
- Open the correct tour in My videos and find the scene.
- Check that you removed the intended scene, rather than only removing one version from its history.
- Finish any outstanding audio work, then Apply the changes.
- Play the newly finished tour. Download it again if you were viewing an older local file.
- 1Drag a scene, or use its arrow controls.
- 2Save this order, then apply your video changes.
If the source photos are correct but the result is still wrong
Compare the photo strip, scene preview and finished tour. Note where the wrong property first appears. If the source is correct but a generated clip changes the room, use the AI-accuracy guide.
For an unrelated property or a photo that returns after applying, contact support with the project link, scene number and a screenshot of the correct source. Keep the project available and avoid generating duplicates.
