Add or update your property details
Keep the address, price and listing description accurate across your video.
In this guide
When creating a tour
- In Create a video, choose the listing goal and import the listing URL or upload your photos.
- Open Add Property Information if the fields are collapsed. An import can supply these values; a manual upload needs you to enter them.
- Write the description and complete the address, price, surface, beds and bathrooms. Use the full wording you want people to see.
- 1Read the description and correct the listing facts.
- 2Use the full address, including the city and country.
- 3Include the area unit, such as m² or sq ft.
In an existing tour
- Open the existing tour and select Property info, then stay on the Property tab.
- Choose the correct Listing goal and Listing status.
- Edit the description, address, price, surface, beds or bathrooms.
- Click or tap outside each edited text field to save it. Wait for any saving or error indication before leaving.
- Check where the facts appear in captions, overlays and narration, then correct those as needed.
- Select Apply the changes to rebuild the finished video.
- 1Check the description and listing facts.
- 2Use the complete property address.
Write a useful property description
Example: “Three-bedroom home with an open-plan kitchen and living area, a covered patio and a two-car garage.” Add the features shown in the photos and the facts you have confirmed.
- Address: include the city or town so the location is clear.
- Price: include the currency or wording you want viewers to see.
- Surface: include the unit, such as 1,800 sq ft or 167 m².
- Rooms: use the full wording, such as 3 bedrooms or 2 bathrooms.
Listing goal and listing status mean different things
The goal describes the kind of listing: a sale, long-term rental or vacation rental. The status describes where the listing is now, such as newly listed or sold. Choose both to match the actual property, especially if you reuse the same photos for another campaign.
Use Fill automatically as a starting point
The button may be hidden when there is nothing to fill or no useful description. Automatic filling reads the supplied description; it does not verify the listing against a property record.
- Enter a factual property description first.
- When Fill automatically is available, select it to extract details from that description.
- Check each filled value, including the currency and area unit.
- Correct anything inaccurate and leave the field to save the correction.
What Delete the description clears
In the creation form, Delete the description also clears the address, price, surface, beds and bathrooms, then collapses the property-information fields. Use it only if you intend to remove all those draft details. To correct one value, edit that field directly.
Choose whether the facts appear on the video
Entering property facts supplies information for the tour. The property-information overlay and caption settings control how that information is displayed. If a correct price does not appear, check that the relevant overlay is enabled and that its chosen design includes the detail.
- 1Turn room captions on or off.
- 2Choose the design for the opening property facts.
- 3Write a short headline that fits this listing.
Check other versions too
A changed field does not mean every caption, spoken line, reel or published property page has been rewritten. Review any existing voiceover, social content and listing page that also mention the old details.
