Add captions and property information

Turn captions on and choose their look

1. Open Editor in the video’s settings.
2. Turn on Add captions.
3. Select Personalize captions and overlays to choose the shared text appearance.
4. Edit the Caption box on each scene that needs different wording, then click outside the box to save.

Personalize the captions

1. Open Personalize captions and overlays from the Editor tab.
2. Choose the font and text size. Use the preview to check readability.
3. Choose Text position. Keep words away from the main feature in the photo.
4. If words blend into the image, increase Background opacity to add a more visible background behind them.
5. Select Done, review individual scenes, then apply your changes.

Move a caption away from an important feature

1. Find the scene’s Caption box and open its Position menu.
2. Choose a position that leaves the room’s main feature visible. For a view through a low window, try a top position.
3. Watch the result in the finished video’s shape. A position that works in a wide video may cover something in a vertical version.

Choose the opening overlay before generation

1. In Create a video, set Language and complete the property information first.
2. In Captions Style, turn on Add captions if you want room captions. Choose a Writing style and use Personalize to adjust the appearance.
3. Turn on Add info overlay to show opening property facts. Choose a design and review the preview.
4. When Overlay headline appears, use short wording that fits the listing and select its colour if needed. For example: FOR RENT or OPEN HOUSE.

Show the property at a glance

The property-information overlay is separate from scene captions. When creating a video, Add info overlay lets you choose whether the property facts appear and select an available design. In the editor, check the property-information display setting and the underlying fields in Property info.

1. In the existing tour, open Editor and use Add property info overlay.
2. Use Edit the property info beside the enabled switch, or open Property info, to correct the underlying facts.
3. Check Add agent info overlay separately for contact details. Apply the changes and review the opening and closing.

Check the agent information as well

Agent contact information, property facts and scene captions are separate choices. Check the display switches in Editor, then open Property info → Agent to verify whose name and contact details will appear. Turning captions off does not automatically remove every other kind of text.

If you are editing a reel

A reel may show Scene labels instead of the tour’s Caption box. Typing a label replaces the automatic wording for that scene; when several automatic labels are listed, your entry becomes one label for the whole scene. Clear the entry to restore the automatic labels. Click outside the field to save, then apply the changes.

Keep the text readable

• Use short captions that give viewers time to read.
• Choose enough contrast against both bright and dark photos.
• Check the position in the video format you will actually share.
• Review names, prices and measurements before applying the changes.
