How to add cinematic 3D text to real estate photos

This walkthrough shows where to add the text, how to choose a finish and how the animated result is generated.

Use suggestions as a starting point

Suggestions can relate to the property as a whole or to the selected photo. Choose a phrase that is supported by the listing facts and the view on screen. Review the selected wording before generating; an attractive phrase is not a substitute for checking the property.

Write a short message

  1. Select a relevant suggestion or type your own words in Add 3D text here.
  2. Keep the text within 30 characters. The app displays this text in capital letters.
  3. Use a short phrase such as JUST LISTED, COVERED PATIO or POOL AND GARDEN.
  4. Choose Automatic placement, or Specify Location and describe where it should go.
Write a short message for the photoExample
  1. Keep your message short: for example, JUST LISTED.
  2. Choose automatic placement or specify a location.

Put the words in a specific place

  1. Under Where should the 3D text appear?, choose Specify Location.
  2. Describe the placement in ordinary words, such as “above the pool, without covering the house.”
  3. Choose the text style and check that the message remains short enough for a phone screen.
Choose where the 3D words appearExample
  1. Choose Specify Location to place the words yourself.
  2. Describe a position that leaves the property visible.

Choose the look

  1. Choose a 3D Text Style.
  2. If you want movement, choose an AI Animation Style; leave it unselected if you do not need animation.
  3. Check the video shape and the displayed credit amount, then generate.

Check every letter

Review the spelling, readability and position of the generated text. Check that the building still looks right. Apply the changes when you are happy with the scene.

Change a message that has already been created

The generated letters are part of the new image or clip. Editing the ordinary Caption box will not change them. Reopen 3D Text, correct the wording or placement and generate a new result, then review it before applying the tour changes.

Check the cost before making another version

Generating a new version is a new AI attempt and uses the credits shown for your selected options. A result that finishes but is not the look you wanted is different from a technical failure. Compare existing takes before paying to generate again.

If the finished video still uses the old words

Check the new audio, image or clip first, then apply the tour and download its new finished version. If an attempt finishes with the old wording, use the troubleshooting guide before starting another paid run.
