I changed the text, but the video still uses the old version
Update narration, avatar speech, 3D text or captions, then include the change in your finished tour.

First, identify which words are wrong
The words you hear and the words you see can come from different places. For example, changing a caption from “Three bedrooms” to “Four bedrooms” does not change a recorded voice saying “Three bedrooms”. Use the row that matches the problem.

If the tour still says the old script
If Apply is disabled and the app asks you to update the voiceover, finish that step first. Cancel script changes discards the pending script edits; use it only if you want to keep the earlier script.
- Open Voiceover. If the script is read-only, choose Modify before editing it. For scene-by-scene corrections, use the Voiceover script fields in Editor.
- Check the voice, language and pronunciation settings as well as the wording.
- Use Generate voiceover in the Voiceover tab, or Update the voiceover when the scene editor offers it. Review the displayed cost first.
- Wait for both the audio and its matching to the scenes to finish. Listen to the new voiceover before applying the tour.
- Select Apply the changes, wait for the finished video, and listen at the exact point you corrected.

If the presenter says the old introduction
The presenter’s speech belongs to that avatar clip. The tour’s main voiceover is separate. Changing the main narration or an ordinary caption does not change what the presenter says.
Changing speech on the existing avatar costs 20 AI credits when the replacement succeeds. Creating a new presenter clip uses the separate amount shown by the avatar tool.
- In Editor, find the scene containing the presenter. Edit its Avatar script and click outside the field.
- Choose Change the avatar voiceover, review the script and voice in the window, and check the credit amount.
- Wait for the replacement speech and mouth movement to finish. Play that scene with sound.
- Apply the changes and review the full tour.

If generated 3D letters are wrong
- Open the affected scene’s 3D Text tool.
- Correct the wording and placement. Keep the message short and check the spelling.
- Choose a still image or an animation and review the generation cost.
- Generate once, inspect every letter in the result, then apply the changes.

- 2Describe a position that leaves the property visible.
If an ordinary caption is wrong
Ordinary captions do not need new voice generation. If the same fact appears in narration or a generated image, update those separately.
- Open Editor and find the scene.
- Change the Caption text and click outside the field to finish the edit.
- Check that Add captions is enabled if you want the caption to appear.
- Apply the changes and review the updated video.

Check the updated video, then download it again
An individual audio or scene preview confirms only that part. Play the finished tour after applying. If the tour is correct but the file on your phone is old, download the new version and open the newest file.
If the new audio or clip itself still contains the old wording after completing these steps, stop repeating paid generations. Contact support with the project link, scene, wording you expected and approximate time of the attempt.
