Add a presenter to a property scene
Create a short spoken introduction using a photo of yourself.
In this guide
Start with a clear photo
Choose Add AI Avatar on the scene you want to introduce. Use a photo of yourself facing the camera, with one person in the image and even lighting. Keep your face easy to see.
- 1Use a clear photo of one person facing the camera.
Watch the walkthrough
Follow the presenter-photo, voice and introduction choices, then review the finished clip.
Watch on YouTubeInclude an avatar when starting the tour
- In Create a video, open AI Avatar and turn on Add an AI avatar.
- Choose the number of avatar videos, then upload a clear front-facing photo or select an available previous photo.
- Choose a voice and check the listing details used for the introduction. Complete any launch warning before generating.
- For Walkthrough Tour, the avatar option is unavailable. Use a Cinematic Tour if a presenter is part of your plan.
- 1Turn on the optional presenter for this tour.
- 2Add a clear portrait of the intended presenter.
Write the opening line
- Choose a relevant opening-line suggestion or write your own.
- Keep the line within the 200-character limit shown.
- For example: “Let me show you this three-bedroom home and its covered patio.”
- Confirm that the line describes the property on screen.
Write or edit the introduction
- In the avatar window, choose Custom hook to write the opening line. Here, “hook” simply means the first sentence that introduces the property.
- If you chose a suggestion, select Edit selected hook to adjust it.
- Keep the sentence within 200 characters and say it aloud. Replace exaggerated claims with a clear feature of this listing.
- 1Choose Custom hook to write your own introduction.
- 2Use one short, accurate sentence about the listing.
Choose the voice and options
Choose the language and voice, and listen to a sample when available. Review any staging or subtitle options separately. Subtitles put the spoken opening line on screen, so keep that line short enough to read.
Choose the optional additions deliberately
Use AI Staging for this scene changes the presentation of the property background. Add trending subtitles puts the spoken line on the avatar clip. Review these choices separately, including the displayed cost, rather than turning them on automatically.
Review the presenter before publishing
- Check the displayed credit amount and generate once.
- Watch the finished scene with sound. Check pronunciation, facial movement and the property background.
- If you change the presenter’s spoken line later, use the scene’s Change the avatar voiceover action when offered.
- Apply the changes and review the complete tour.
Change the spoken line after generation
- Find the avatar scene and edit its Avatar script, then click outside the field.
- Use Change the avatar voiceover when shown and review the voiceover window.
- Wait for the replacement speech to finish, listen to it and apply the video changes.
- 1Correct the words spoken by this presenter.
- 2Prepare updated speech after saving the script.
Check the cost before making another version
Generating a new version is a new AI attempt and uses the credits shown for your selected options. A result that finishes but is not the look you wanted is different from a technical failure. Compare existing takes before paying to generate again.
If the finished video still uses the old words
Check the new audio, image or clip first, then apply the tour and download its new finished version. If an attempt finishes with the old wording, use the troubleshooting guide before starting another paid run.
