Create a reusable agent introduction

Make a short presenter clip in My branding, then choose the tours where it should appear.

In this guide

Decide whether the introduction is reusable

A reusable introduction can say who you are without mentioning one property’s price or address. For example: “Hello, I’m Alex. Join me for a closer look, and get in touch to arrange a viewing.” For a presenter standing in a particular property scene, use that scene’s AI Avatar tool instead.

Open My branding and choose AI Avatar

  1. Open My branding, then the AI Avatar tab.
  2. Use Import a profile picture to add a clear, front-facing portrait of one person, or choose an available previous photo.
  3. Use your own likeness or one you have permission to use. Check the selected image before moving on.

Write a short introduction

  1. In Step 2 – Add your script, choose Suggestions or Custom intro.
  2. Select a suggestion or type your own wording, within the 200-character limit.
  3. Read it aloud. Remove listing-specific facts if you intend to reuse this clip for other homes.
Write an introduction you can reuse across listingsExample
  1. Choose Custom intro to write your own short opening sentence.
  2. Keep reusable wording free of a particular price or address.

Choose the voice and presentation

  1. Choose Language and select a voice in Step 3 – Add your voice. Clone a voice opens the reusable-voice tools if you want to create your own.
  2. Choose a format for the introduction and decide whether to add Trending subtitles. If enabled, review the subtitle style and colours.
  3. Check the displayed credit amount and select Generate the Avatar once.
Choose a voice, format and subtitles for the saved introductionExample
  1. Select the voice that will read your introduction.
  2. Decide whether to include styled subtitles.

Review the completed clip

Find the result under My branding videos → AI Avatar. Play the whole clip with sound and check the face, pronunciation, words and any subtitles. Keep a generic introduction separate from one that names a particular listing.

Add the introduction to a property tour

  1. On the finished clip, select Use in a video tour. Search for and select the correct property.
  2. Choose intro for the beginning, outro for the end, or both if appropriate. Read the replacement message if a clip is already in that position.
  3. Complete the attachment using the button shown. Open that tour, apply the changes and watch the beginning and end.
Choose the property tour for your branding clipExample
  1. Find the listing before choosing where the clip plays.
  2. Choose the beginning, end, or both for this tour.
