Update a listing after a price or status change

Keep the tour, narration and marketing material consistent with the current listing.

In this guide

Work through the update in a useful order

  1. Write down the confirmed change: for example, the new price and the date it takes effect.
  2. Correct Property info and leave the field to save it.
  3. Update editable captions and scripts. Generate new narration if a spoken fact changed.
  4. Replace visuals with old wording, such as a price in a thumbnail or 3D-text scene.
  5. Apply the tour changes and review the new finished video.
  6. Review any separate reel, social post and property page before updating the places where you shared them.

Start with the property information

  1. Open the listing’s tour and select Property info.
  2. Update the confirmed price, status, description or other changed facts.
  3. If another agent now handles the listing, open Agent and check the selected contact details.
Update the property detailsExample
  1. Check the description and listing facts.
  2. Use the complete property address.

Check where the old information appears

  • Scene captions and property-information overlays.
  • Spoken voiceover and any avatar introduction.
  • Generated text within a scene, such as a price in 3D text.
  • The thumbnail, reel and finished social posts.
  • Any property page already shared with potential buyers.
Check the spoken words assigned to a particular roomExample
  1. Edit this room’s narration, then leave the field to save.

Update a property page you already shared

Open the property page while signed in, then choose Edit the page in the floating owner tools. Correct the editable wording and select Save changes. For a published page, the saved wording appears at the same public link.

Edit the text and save your changesExample
  1. Click the outlined text and type your correction.
  2. Select Save changes when you finish editing.

Prepare the updated versions

  1. Correct the affected text, audio or scenes. Allow any new generation to finish.
  2. Apply the changes to the tour and review the new finished video.
  3. Update affected social posts or property pages using the available controls.
  4. Download new files and replace older versions wherever you previously uploaded them.

A saved edit does not replace an uploaded file elsewhere

If you downloaded a video and uploaded it to another website, that website still has the old file until you replace it. If you shared the tour’s public link, open that link after the new render finishes and confirm the updated version plays.

  • A property page keeps its public link when you edit that existing page and save.
  • A new generated page is a separate version; check its link before sharing.
  • A thumbnail or reel generated earlier needs its own review even if the tour now looks correct.

For example, after a price reduction

Update the price in Property info, then listen for the old price in the narration. Check the thumbnail and price-related social posts. Review the property page and the file you plan to send to the seller. Finish by watching the revised tour from start to end.
