Set up your agent details

Open My profile in the sidebar. In Personal information, enter the name, title, phone and website you want buyers to see, then select Save. Upload or replace your profile photo and logos using their own controls and wait for each upload to finish. Empty fields are left out of the features that use them.

Check the contact details buyers will use

• Name and title: use the spelling you want displayed publicly.
• Phone: include a country code when your audience may be abroad.
• Email and website: check every character.
• Photo and logo: choose images that remain recognizable at a small size.
• Empty fields: leave out details you do not want used, and read any message explaining what a missing field affects.

Choose the identity before the first tour

In Video settings → Agent, choose your profile, a saved agent or No agent branding. Use Edit to review the selected identity and any missing fields. This selection is separate from importing the property’s photos and facts.

Choose the details for this video

1. During creation, check the selected agent.
2. In an existing video, open Property info, then choose the Agent tab.
3. Choose the correct saved agent where available, or edit the details for this property.
4. Check the contact-information display settings, then apply the changes.

Change contact information for one video

Open Property info → Agent in that video. Check the selected identity and use the project’s agent fields for the details needed on this listing. Review the project-scope note so you know where the change applies. Then check the contact-information display choice and apply the video changes.

Existing videos keep their own details

A video keeps the agent information selected for that project. Updating your general profile later does not automatically replace the details in all your older videos. Review each existing project that needs the new information.

When your phone number or website changes

1. Update the reusable profile or saved agent for future work.
2. Open each active listing that needs the new information and check its project agent details.
3. Apply changes to affected videos. Open property pages and social posts separately to check their contact text and links.
4. Replace any old downloaded or uploaded copies you still plan to use.

Check the contact path a buyer will use

Read the phone number aloud, check the email spelling and test any website or contact link in the output. A correctly saved profile is useful only if the right agent details are selected for that listing and displayed where intended.

If you changed My profile but an older video still looks the same

Open that video’s Property info → Agent and update or reselect its project identity. Then apply. Pressing Apply without changing the project’s agent details does not copy your newly edited profile into the video.

Check existing social posts and property pages separately, as well as copies already downloaded or posted.
