Add a talking head to your voiceover
Use a portrait to create a small presenter that speaks your tour’s existing narration.
In this guide
Start with a finished tour voiceover
Talking Head Voiceover uses one portrait and the recording already in your tour. It is different from placing an AI Avatar in a property scene or making a reusable introduction in My branding.
When this feature is available for your account and tour, its section appears at the bottom of Voiceover. It is not offered for AI reels. Finish generating or uploading the narration first.
Choose a portrait and review the price
The price is 100 AI credits per minute of narration, prorated to its length and rounded up to a whole credit. For example, 30 seconds costs 50 credits. The amount shown beside the action is the quote for your recording; the maximum recording length is 10 minutes.
- Open Voiceover and scroll to Talking Head Voiceover.
- Choose a clear, front-facing profile photo, or import one. Use a likeness you have permission to publish.
- Check the measured recording length and credit amount before selecting Generate. This button starts the paid generation directly.
- Wait for the current talking head to become ready. Check any status or partial-result message before continuing.
- 1Select a clear portrait for your narration.
- 2Review the credit quote before starting generation.
Choose the corner and include it in the tour
- Choose Bottom left or Bottom right in the talking-head section.
- In Editor, enable Use a voiceover and Use a talking head avatar.
- Select Apply the changes when the talking head is ready.
- Watch the result with sound and check that the presenter leaves the property, captions and contact information visible.
- 1Show the spoken narration as subtitles.
- 2Include a generated talking head in the tour.
After changing the narration
A talking head made from an older recording cannot speak a new one. If you replace or regenerate the voiceover, follow the link to regenerate the talking head and review the new credit quote. Apply again after it is ready.
