Help the voiceover say names and numbers correctly
Clarify a street name, abbreviation or price before generating the narration.

Find the word that needs help
Listen to the narration and write down the exact word or phrase that sounds wrong. Check the script first: a misspelling should be corrected in the script. For a correctly written word that is spoken incorrectly, use Pronunciation help.
Add a pronunciation
- Open Voiceover and use Generate a voiceover.
- Under 3. Adjust and generate, open Pronunciation help.
- Select Add pronunciation.
- In the first box, enter the wording as it appears in your script, such as “$1.4M”.
- In the second box, enter how it should be spoken, such as “one point four million dollars”.
- 1Enter the wording used in the script.
- 2Write how you want it spoken.
Write how you would say it to a buyer
- “St.” can mean “Street” in an address or “Saint” in a place name. Use the intended full phrase.
- For an abbreviated measurement, enter the unit as spoken words so the narrator does not read out a string of letters.
- For a local street or agent name, try a simple sound-based spelling in the spoken version while keeping the correct spelling in the script.
Match the entry to the wording in the script
The first box identifies the word or phrase to adjust; the second tells the voice how to say it. If you later change the script’s wording, review its pronunciation entry too. Keep entries specific so you do not accidentally change a different phrase.
Make new audio and listen again
Use Remove beside an entry if you no longer need it. Adding a pronunciation rule does not change an audio file that has already been generated.
- Check the language and selected voice.
- Review the displayed credit amount and generate the updated voiceover.
- Wait for audio preparation and any synchronization to finish.
- Listen to the corrected phrase, then apply the changes to the tour.
Listen to the correction in context
- Generate the updated voiceover after reviewing the entries.
- Listen to the entire sentence containing the correction, not only the word in isolation.
- If it still sounds wrong, simplify the spoken wording or the sentence and make one further change at a time.
- Apply the video changes after the updated audio is ready.
If you uploaded a recording
Pronunciation help affects generated narration. To correct words in a recording you made yourself, record the corrected narration and upload the new file. Synchronize it with the tour and apply the changes.
