Improve a scene’s video quality

Use Upscale on a completed clip, review the result and include it in your finished tour.

In this guide

A Full HD export can still contain a softer AI clip

The finished tour’s resolution and each AI clip’s resolution are separate choices. Some AI animations are created at a lower resolution than the final export. Putting that clip in a Full HD video makes the file Full HD; it does not recreate missing detail in the clip.

If one room looks soft while captions and other scenes look sharp, inspect that individual scene first. If the original listing photo is already blurry, start from a clearer original.

Choose the video shape and qualityExample
  1. Choose wide, vertical or square.
  2. Choose an available output quality.

Regenerate at a higher resolution or upscale the existing clip

  • If the movement is accurate but the clip is soft, use Upscale on the completed clip and review its cost.
  • If you also want a different movement, use AI Motion and choose the available higher-resolution setting before generating.
  • Regenerating and upscaling are new paid actions. Changing the final Format setting alone does not regenerate the individual clip.
  • If the clip invents a feature of the property, fix that accuracy problem first. Upscaling does not restore the real room.
Choose quality for this AI Motion clipExample
  1. Premium Animation changes the generation choice and cost.
  2. Set the resolution of this individual clip.
  3. Check the total before starting another paid attempt.

Start with the scene that needs improvement

Upscale prepares a higher-resolution version of an existing video clip. It does not replace poor composition or correct an inaccurate generated scene. For a blurry source photograph, uploading a clearer original may be the better first step.

  1. Open the tour and find a completed video scene. A still photo has different tools.
  2. Move over the scene preview to reveal its tools and select Upscale.
  3. Check the clip shown in the window before choosing its settings.
Improve the resolution of an existing video sceneExample
  1. Choose the available resolution for this clip.
  2. Choose the movement smoothness, then review the total.

Choose the result you need

  • Target video resolution: choose an available 1080p or 4K option for this individual clip.
  • Target Frames per second: this controls how smoothly movement is represented. Review the offered 30 or 60 setting.
  • Credit amount: check the total for this clip and your selected options before continuing.

If the choices are unavailable

An already-upscaled clip or a clip already at 4K cannot be upscaled again here. Some source sizes only offer 4K. Read the message shown rather than starting the same action again.

Compare the result and update the tour

  1. Select Upscale the Video once and wait for it to finish.
  2. Play the new take and inspect edges, windows, faces and written signs. More detail should still look natural.
  3. Compare available takes in Select previous videos. Choose the version you want.
  4. Apply the changes, then watch the finished tour and download the updated file.
Choose from previous scene videosExample
  1. Open the previous videos for this scene.
  2. Preview a take, then select the version you want.
