Start from a photo scene
AI Reframe creates a new photo in your chosen shape. It is not the same as cropping a video or changing the full tour’s output format.
- Open the tour and find the still photo you want to reframe.
- Select Animate the Photo with AI, then the AI Reframe tab.
- Check the source photo at the top of the window. If the scene currently uses a video, choose a photo from its history first.
Choose the shape and quality
- Choose 16:9 for a wide photo, 9:16 for a vertical photo or 1:1 for a square photo.
- Choose Standard or High quality and read the credit amount shown. Standard costs 2 AI credits and High costs 10.
- Start the reframe once and wait for the new photo.

Check the property before using the result
- Compare doors, windows, walls, furniture and outdoor features with the original.
- Choose the version that represents the property accurately. Your earlier photos remain available in scene history.
- Apply the changes when the selected photo is ready to appear in the finished tour. If you want an animated clip, use AI Motion on the selected photo and review its credit amount first.
Photo sizing during creation
The creation form can also offer Reframe or Enlarge for eligible photos. Review the target shape and credit total shown there. Photo sizing is separate from Upscale, which improves an existing video clip.
