In this guide
Start with playback
- Unmute the video player and check the device volume.
- Check whether sound is going to headphones or another connected device.
- Try the downloaded video in another player if the browser preview is the only place that sounds wrong.
Check the tour’s audio
- Music: confirm it is enabled, a track is selected and the volume is not at zero.
- Voiceover: confirm audio generation or upload has finished.
- Scene sound: check whether the scene’s own audio should be kept.
- After changing sound settings, apply the changes and wait for the updated video.
Choose your background musicExample
- 1Browse the included music library.
If two voices or sounds overlap
- Play the individual scene to check whether the extra sound is inside its clip.
- Review Keep audio on that scene when available.
- Check the separate Voiceover and Music settings so you change the correct source.
- Apply the changes and listen through the scenes on both sides.
Control this clip’s own soundExample
- 1Keep or mute the sound inside this video clip.
If changing the music volume had no effect
Select Save beside the changed Music volume slider before applying the tour. Wait for the updated video, then play the same spoken passage again. Also check that you are not listening to an older downloaded file.
Save the background music volumeExample
- 1Adjust the volume, then select Save.
If the words themselves are wrong
- Generated narration: correct the script or use Pronunciation help, then generate or update the voiceover.
- Uploaded narration: correct the recording and upload the new file, then synchronize it.
- Avatar speech: use the avatar scene’s script and Change the avatar voiceover action.
If words play over the wrong room
Review voiceover synchronization and the scene order. If a voiceover was changed, make sure the updated audio finished preparing before you applied the video changes.
Tell support where the problem occurs
Compare the individual scene, the finished tour preview and the downloaded file. Note a point such as “around 18 seconds, as the kitchen appears.” This helps distinguish a clip issue from a soundtrack or playback issue.
