A tour introduces the property

A video tour takes viewers through the home using your photos, with optional captions, music and narration. It is a good starting point when you want buyers or renters to understand the rooms and layout.

A reel is a separate social video

A social reel turns the property into a shorter promotional video with its own presentation. You can include a reel during creation where the option is available, or use the reel tools from an existing tour.

Choose based on the destination

Check the credit amount displayed before generating a reel. When it is ready, review it separately from the original tour.

Property listing or website: start with a tour and review it in a wide format.
Phone-first social feed: consider a vertical reel, or a vertical version of your tour.
Need both: finish and check the property tour, then create and review the social version.

For example, marketing a new three-bedroom listing

The tour can show the entrance, living spaces, bedrooms and garden in a clear sequence. A reel can introduce the property with a short, focused message that encourages someone to learn more. They can use the same listing facts while serving different purposes.

Where to create each one

For a tour, open Create a video, import the listing URL or upload your own photos, then choose the tour settings.
For a reel alongside the tour, open the optional reel section during creation and complete its choices. Check the combined launch summary.
For a reel from an existing tour, open Social posts in that tour’s editor, then select AI Reels.
Review the reel options and cost before generating. When it is ready, review the reel itself, not just the original tour.

Find and update the correct version

In View my videos, switch between Tours and Reels. Give projects clear names so you know which file you are about to download.

Changing the tour does not automatically rewrite an already-generated reel.
Changing a video from wide to vertical changes its shape; that alone does not create a separate promotional reel.
After a price or agent change, review both outputs before sharing either one.

Find the video you want to work on — Search the videos currently loaded in your library.
